What is GuideGo?

GuideGo is a marketplace for booking verified local guides for private city experiences — guide-only, or guide with a vehicle where locally permitted. It's not a group-tour marketplace.

Which cities is GuideGo available in?

We're launching in Miami, Orlando, and New York City, with more cities planned as guide supply grows in each market. Check the home page for current availability.

How are guides verified?

Guides go through an identity and credential review before their profile becomes publicly visible. A "Verified" badge on a guide's profile reflects that review.

Can I book directly through the website right now?

Not yet — in-platform booking and payment is still being built. You can browse guides, experiences, and cities today; booking is coming.

What's the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation 7+ days before your experience, 50% refund 3-7 days before, and no refund inside 72 hours. If a guide cancels, you always get a full refund. Full details are in the Cancellation Policy, linked in the footer.

Can I request a custom itinerary instead of a set tour?

Custom trip requests ("Build My Day") are on our roadmap. For now, guide profiles list the specific experiences each guide currently offers.

How do I become a guide?

Apply through the Careers page, which lists the role for each city we're recruiting in. It's a short application with your background, languages, and specialties — our team reviews every application.
